[Like before, the visions of the loved ones continue to bleed from their necks, pooling the blood up to their ankle.

But then suddenly, Shadow Fiend will feel her throat catching, filling and pooling with blood and spilling out, choking.

She'll be able to cough it out, especially if someone helps her, but it goes on for a few minutes.]
