GAME GROUP FOUR

WHUH OH. There's a faceless crowd watching the proceedings, murmuring like a Phoenix Wright crowd. Lethe finds his paw banging the gavel automatically. Court is in session.]
[RULES | PEONY MINGLE | DAFF MINGLE | JUDGE NOTES | R1 | R2 | R3 ]

RULES
~There are three rounds/debates! Technically each should be an hour long, but as long as they're completed within your 3 hour slot it doesn't matter how/what order you tackle them in.
~Lethe is acting as judge, with the debates centering around Peony vs Daff. You all know instinctively the judge MUST make a decision based on your debates, or you'll all be stuck in this dream and new forms forever. TIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
~Winners are who win 2 out of 3 debates; all effects immediately disappear and they may proceed to End Game. Losers effects will linger til end game wraps up. And you're all still in your new forms.
~points at eyes points at yall I won't be around during this time plz play the game as straight as possible and don't try to break it by 'i don't answer' as I straight up don't have a solution for that. YOU WILL JUST BAD END YOURSELVES.
~As long as the above doesn't happen, there shouldn't be an True Death but if characters get heated that's legal. They don't know what will happen if they merc each other (it won't be True Death but that is secret unless it happens)
~I THINK THAT'S IT EVERYTHING ELSE GOES

JUDGE NOTES (LETHE)
Round 1 Notes
Overall, Biscuit was the most persuasive. He correctly pointed out that I would want to pet a lion more than an antelope, and was the first to point out how cute baby animals are. Even though the discussion devolved from there, his arguments appealed to me the most.
But in the end it went to Peony because Aides said if I let them win he'd eat a full meal.
Round 2 Notes
Round 3 Notes
ROUND 1 DEBATE - PREDATOR VS PREY
Which are stronger? Predators or Prey?
LETHE may pose this question in any way he sees fit, and Daff (preds) and Peony (prey) must argue their points.]
JUDGEMENT
[IF PEONY LOSES, ROLL 1D10:
5 OR HIGHER - Areion is shrank to pocket sized, but still otherwise the same/normal.
4 OR LOWER - One of Pegasus' robotic limbs falls off and can't be reconnected ]
[IF DAFFODIL LOSES, ROLL 1D10
5 OR HIGHER - Tart's pen is detained from him until end game.
4 OR LOWER - Ruggie cannot laugh no matter how hard he tries.]
(only one person per team needs to roll for the decision)
LETHE'S JUDGEMENT
Re: LETHE'S JUDGEMENT
ROUND 1 DEBATE
...Ahem. The first topic of debate is "Are predators or prey stronger?"
Since the Daffodil side currently look like predator animals and the Peony side look like prey animals, I suppose you'll want to argue in favor of what you look like? But there's nothing in the rules that says you can't both argue the same point either.
Also I will be accepting bribes. Thank you for your time.

ROUND 2 DEBATE - LOVE
Are each of the respective shepherds capable of love? And if so, who is the best at it?
LETHE may pose this question in any way he sees fit, and Daff and Peony must argue their points.]
JUDGEMENT
[IF PEONY LOSES, ROLL 1D10:
5 OR HIGHER - Areion is unable to see/touch Pegasus for the remainder of the game (can hear him, but physically cannot See/Touch him )
4 OR LOWER - Pegasus is unable to speak the next round (may get around this he has like, a visual computer board or whatever)]
[IF DAFFODIL LOSES, ROLL 1D10
5 OR HIGHER - Tart is unable to see/touch Leona for the remainder of the game (can hear him, but physically cannot See/Touch him )
4 OR LOWER - Ruggie is unable to see/touch Leona for the remainder of the game (can hear him, but physically cannot See/Touch him )]

Re: ROUND 2 DEBATE - LOVE
Re: ROUND 2 DEBATE - LOVE
Both shepherds are capable of love. We're not going to debate that part. So, your question for debate is..."Which shepherd is best at love, Tart or Aides?" Hey, isn't this too subjective? Aides and Tart are both pretty good at expressive their affection in their own way.

ROUND 3 DEBATE - PRIORITIES
What are the most important traits for a successful flock/pack and why? Support your answers.
LETHE may pose this question in any way he sees fit, and Daff and Peony must argue their points.]
JUDGEMENT
[IF PEONY LOSES, ROLL 1D10:
5 OR HIGHER - Areion will find himself starting to blot through end game (severity up to you, can just get Alarming Close to being a final boss, or just looking High Alarm. He is still a horse tho,)
4 OR LOWER - Pegasus turns off all through end game--seemingly. His body can't move, but no one can see/hear/or touch him as he flies around as a ghost, even if they usually can see ghosts.]
[IF DAFFODIL LOSES, ROLL 1D10
5 OR HIGHER - Tart's King Roar is now passively Active through end game--the severity of this is up to you (could be draining moisture rapidly/threat of sanding people or just making ppl pass out)
4 OR LOWER - Ruggie finds himself being puppeted to stab Leona]
(only one person per team needs to roll for the decision)]

END GAME
Re: END GAME
SO WHEN HE LEAVES, TART WILL SEE THE FOLLOWING VISION:
A time in the past, in a courtroom of sorts. A massive black ram-like beast with a great grey beard sits upon a throne--across from him, an equally massive grey wolf sits, silver fur showing his age, but with strangely kind yellow eyes that contrast to his fearsome appearance.
Before them appear all manners of people, and people with animal traits, bringing up a dispute for this or that, and the two kings personally solve the disputes peacefully, sometimes delegating a 'sheepdog' like advisor for the truly trivial disputes.
It seems at the end of the day, both kings were very much on good terms, and saw each other as equal. A ram's horns are as strong as any fang, and a wolf's fur can comfort as well as any wool.
THE VISION FADES]
