[gm card room - bluebell]
[You find yourselves seated around a table in the middle of a small room. You can’t really perceive any walls, just heavy black velvet curtains on all sides. If you push them aside looking for a way out, you just keep finding more curtains behind them.
There is a crystal ball in the middle of the table and a spread of six large cards arranged around it, currently facedown. Their backs are a plain matte black.
You are aware that powers are all off for card rounds but will be on for the punishment round. You have whatever items are normally on your person.]

Hmm, don't expect me to advocate for a ruthless rebound. I know it's just as pointless and it's not your style~ I really am interested in cooperating with you all, you know You're right that these points are worthless to you now, but throwing them away isn't doing much either. If you wanted a return investment, it's too late now. Coupon expired!
Buuuuut it could help if something like this happened in another game and you made an agreement with one of the brutal teams to keep their most ruthless impulses in check in exchange for such things. Or a share of the winnings. Hmm, I don't know what you consider good bribery.

Well... more agreements between flocks is unlikely to make things worse than they already are. But it's also asking for a whole lot of trust.
Re: [discussion]
If you decide not to trust my idea, I won't be offended! I'm simply offering you my perspective as someone who deals with these sorts of problems in my job.
Re: [discussion]
Job...?

Re: [discussion]
I'm a great guard by the way. Nobody has complained about my cooking, and unlike the pasture requesting basic amenities from me usually just involves a lot of paperwork and not blood sacrifices.
Re: [discussion]
Sorry. I don't like cops.
Re: [discussion]
That's fine with me. I'm an easy going enough guy that I can still be friendly towards all kinds of people, even unrepentant murderers.
Re: [discussion]
Anyway, what's "me more than most" s'posed to mean?
Re: [discussion]
The whole clown song and dance you've got going on, minus the singing. I don't know your vocal capabilities.
But Crescendo put you and Father Argent in the same mold, and I know that priest is hiding plenty of secrets under his vestments, so...
Re: [discussion]
Now I'm offended.

I'm guessing he went spelunking in some demon exorcisms and caught a bad case of Pazuzu flu. But if I'm wrong and he truly was waiting for this opportunity to torture us all, I'll eat my guard hat.
