Ritual 31 - Lily

[You're pulled into an enclosure--it simultaneously feels alive and inorganic. You're free to move around, though you can't escape. The walls are both papery and velvet, and the only light emitted is that from six grey sheep that sit silently against one of the walls. They each don a greyed out version of your flock's flower sprouting from one eye, and a grey, dripping candle upon their heads.

As for you, you feel a sting--a papercut. You bleed a tiny drop of blood that stretches thin, like a thread. It somehow penetrates the wall, and if you tug on it, you can tell it's connected to something. What though, you're not sure.]

Somehow I don’t think this is as simple as sacrificing placeholders in the areas of flock members. A flock per effigy, one should think?

[Suddenly the sheep speak--and warp, taking on humanoid, blank-slate forms. They still have candles on their heads.]

Please, choose one of us and do what needs to be done. Our bodies are merely vessels to be used.

[Each sheep/person vocalizes the method to be put to use on them:]

1) "Strangle me with your bare hands"
2) "Remove a limb with your own power."
3) "Carve a pound of my flesh out."
4) "Rip through my flesh with your teeth."
5) "Rip an emotion you deem essential from my being."
6) "Hold my head down in water until I still."

If you do not have any weapons/objects on you, one will be provided for the specified task. For the emotion option, whoever is doing the task, their hand will glow with a dark power, enabling them to reach in and extra the emotion.

Choose two tasks, and who will enact them. It can be the same person who wants to carry out both, or voice if you're abstaining.]

[The humanoid sheep walks forward, presenting its shoulder and bared neck, though he can bite where ever he sees fit. However, due to Charon's flat herbivore teeth, he'll also feel a sensation in him--one that urges him to bite as hard as possible, rend as much as possible.

The Limb

[If Lethe doesn't have a weapon on him already, he's presented with a meat cleaver. His hand is forced to grip it tight, and he knows instinctively he will not be able to drop it until a full limb is removed (aka no digits--only arms, legs, etch).

The humanoid sheep approaches him, arms spread.

Use those powers to inflict the harshest punishment within your mortal imaginations up the sacrifice.

[ooc: use your sheep powers to inflict a punishment of your choice/creation. Depending on the severity, additional punishments may be added if the demons don't feel you are putting effort into it.

You still don't know who specifically the sacrifice may be, but given your flock's last two victims, that can help narrow it down]

SENSORY DEPRIVATION. Use Ghosting You to remove the ability to touch or interact at all with the physical world; use continuous illusions that alternate between personal nightmares, false landscapes, and complete blackout to deceive and disorient visually.

[Two sheep step forward, but they're immediately replaced with two sacrifices.

You feel normal. Nothing hurts. However, you can't touch anyone. You can't smell, you can't taste, your words fall on deaf ears. You're living ghosts, no body remaining behind to leave a legacy of what was lost. It wouldn't be so bad you think, if the world at least looked the same. You keep seeing visions, illusions of personal traumas, nightmares, and sometimes, the entire world goes black.

The only one who can perceive or speak to you is the other sacrifice, and the Lilies standing before you.

Even when you go back to your flock, they will be unable to hear, see, or speak with you.]
